With a decade of leadership in designing and constructing large-scale solar and BESS installations, they are not just building the future – they are optimizing it. Now, as they expand across Europe, they are seeking a Lead Optimization Analyst to drive the transition to net-zero in the Netherlands.

What you’ll do?

As the Lead Optimization Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of implementing third-party optimization services for renewable energy and storage assets. Your role includes short-term Dutch energy market analysis, strategic trading, contract negotiation, and customer relationship management. Be the catalyst for change, building on our successful optimization services in the UK and shaping the future of renewable energy in the Netherlands.

What you bring to the table?

• Qualifications Degree qualified or equivalent calibre in a numerate subject, with subsequent commercial experience
• An understanding of the Dutch energy and flexibility markets, including market operations and fundamentals
• Knowledge of risk management
• An entrepreneurial mindset, happy to work on a range of tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Market Insight: An understanding of Dutch energy and flexibility markets, with hands-on experience in a trading environment.
• Analytical Prowess: Strong analytical skills and a knack for identifying optimal trading and revenue generation strategies.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, embracing change, and contributing to business development.
• Effective Collaboration: Ability to work seamlessly in a small team, communicate across stakeholders, and negotiate with finesse.
• Fluent written and spoken; English. Dutch would be an advantage
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
